"Excellent 11 + Tutor We asked Lydia to help with the final 11+preparations for our son. The service Lydia provided was excellent. Her teaching methods were engaging and my son loved them. Susan is my mother and tutored me for my GCSEs, most notably in Maths for which I was predicted to get an A grade but with her one on one tutoring achieve an A*. She also tutored my younger brother, who was predicted to get A/B but with her help also achieved an A*. I do not recommend her because she is my mother. To the contrary, I believe it is easier to be tutored by someone who is not a parent because parents can get emotional about your exam grades. But Susan knew how to help me focus on the techniques and workings and points that exam markers care about. She has also helped me in my essay writing and with my oral exams for French and Spanish.
