"Tina is an excellent tutor! We are currently working through the content for Further Maths A-Level in preparation for exams. Tuition with Tina is very collaborative and immersive, which helps me build a good understanding of the topics. This comes in useful when answering the exam-style questions that Tina sets after each session, which reinforces the methods and techniques learned while highlighting the areas that need more practice. I always have the option to refer back to the detailed, colour-coordinated notes that Tina makes during the session to help me with the questions or when revising, or to even potentially print and use them as posters. Tina is a friendly and relatable tutor, which makes learning fun and engaging. Whenever I struggle with a question, Tina is always happy to go through the solution in detail, explaining where the marks are awarded. She is also happy to go through questions outside of the set questions that I find difficult, which deepens my knowledge of the content, preparing me for the exam. Tina uses BitPaper during the sessions to write notes in real-time, and explain concepts. This is particularly useful as it emulates a classroom set-up which helps me focus and get into the learning mindset. I also have the option to add details to the whiteboard myself through my laptop, which could come in useful to convey ideas that are hard to communicate. As previously mentioned, after the session Tina adds a PDF version of the notes made and the set questions to a shared online folder, giving you the opportunity to either download them onto your laptop to use without Wi-fi or to just look back online. Tina is very passionate about ensuring you achieve the best possible result. After a few weeks of tuition, Tina made a progress chart and an exam question tracker for me to use, outlining marks lost, and the topics covered, which is incredibly handy and motivating. Overall, Tina is a great tutor, 10/10 would recommend!"
