"Our eldest daughter retook GCSE Spnaish in the summer of 2018 after obtaining the equivalent of a D under the previous marking system. Our daughter commenced lessons with Gemma in early 2018 and therefore had a relatively short time to prepare for the retake. We knew it would be a close run excercise but our daughter was rewarded with the equivanet of a C after remarking of two papers. Gemma was very patainet and felxible in the support provided to our daughter and gave us very good advise when it came to having remarking undertaken. Indeed, were very struck the degree of uplift remarking provided indicating that examiners review of scri pts may not be as robust as one might think. Overall Gemma was instrumental in delivering the target outcome."
