I am an online tutor of English Language and Literature with 20 years of classroom experience and 10 of these as Head of English. In addition to teaching, I am a GCSE and A Level examiner for AQA and OCR and moderate A Level coursework. With a wide range of experience of teaching Key Stage 3, GCSE and A Level Language and Literature I am able to offer support and advice to build the skills and confidence needed to achieve success in these subjects.

Experience: I have taught English for 20 years with much of my experience being in private schools. As Head of English for the past 10 years, my responsibilities have included designing a bespoke curriculum for learners across Key Stages 3, 4 and 5, ensuring that lessons are accessible to all and ensuring students get the best results possible. I have also been Head of Sixth Form and responsible for the transition from GCSE to A Level as well as an Examiner for both GCSE and A Level English Literature.

I am an Examiner and coursework moderator and use my expertise here to guide students as they prepare for their exams.
