Feedback for our tutors in Murton from previous students
"After being asked on a Sunday by my daughter, that she would like for me to get her some help with her science. No problem I said, got on my iPad and went to work, found Tutor Hunt, put in my location and subject and Lisa`s name came up. Requested her details then got in touch, so a couple of hours later I shouted downstairs, I`ve found a Tutor her name is Lisa when shall we meet. The reply was no you have not, anyway Lisa arrived and the rest is history, she`s lovely, pleasant and professional, but most importantly she has and is helping our daughter who`s in year 11. Lisa is getting the most out of our daughter by working her hard, yet at her level and understanding, a month on and you would not believe the difference and confidence in our daughter. We always ask our daughter how the sessions are with a reply of yeah I`m enjoying it from a 16yr old astonishing. This is a testament to Lisa`s preparation and obvious joy of Tutoring, my daughter, Wife and I would highly recommend using Lisa to Tutor your child. Thank you."

"I saw katie because I was studying for a UKCAT test to study medicine at university and had to do a quantative reasoning test in that. My maths knowledge was very basic and even struggled with my times tables. Katie was lovely, very warm and approachable, she taught in a very easy to understand manner and always explained things if the understanding was not there. She always came well prepared and even gave me "homework" which was much appreciated. After just a few sessions it was time for my test and I was shocked to pass with over 600 marks when I only needed 500 to get in to uni and I was averaging a score of about 200 before I started seeing katie. If I get onto a medicine course I`m sure I`ll be asking katie to come back to help me with maths then too. A huge thank you, couldn`t have done it without you!"

"I have been a close friend of Kavina`s for almost seven years and she is a diligent and hard working person whose best asset is her ability to empathise and engage with people from all walks of life. In any task she undertakes, it is always the relationships she builds with others that are a testament to this. She is independent and self motivated and prides herself on maintaining several jobs and responsibilities at home with focus and pride. She loves working with children and young people and has extensive experience working with them. She is friendly, warm and patient and is the ideal candidate for tutoring young people. She is the sort of person who will not only improve a pupil`s results but also boost their confidence and self esteem too. I cannot recommend her enough."
