"Annie is a Cycle Tour Coordinator for The Otesha Project, an environmental youth project in London, where I am one of the Co-Directors. She is responsible for organising a month-long tour around Scotland, where a group of young people will be responsible for delivering a series of workshops in schools as they tour by bicycle. As well as interviewing & recruiting tour members and liaising with schools to arrange workshops, she is also responsible for the tour budget and planning accommodation, travel and all other logistics. Key to this role is the training week, where she will be training the tour group over 7 days in environmental awareness, workshop facilitation, anti-oppression, child protection, using theatre in education, consensus decision making and health & safety. I would highly recommend Annie as a tutor. She has a great rapport with her team, works incredibly well with young people, is hard-working, a self-starter, trustworthy and exceptionally reliable. "
