"Sam mentored, for two years, the younger boys in a boarding house. He showed an empathy with them and quietly kept order and control. He is a thoughtful young man which resulted in him, in his last year at school, as being placed as Head of the boarding house. In his role he had to liaise closely with the boys and with the adults.
