Jane was the teacher in charge of a class that specialised in working with SEND children. She was required to be very flexible in her approach to the work carried out. Jane had no problem adapting to change, she always had a wonderful rapport with the children, staff, parents and outside agencies. Staff would often ask Jane for advice and she would go out of her way to help them. I always found Jane to have a positive attitude and she was always a very fair minded person.
