She was predicted a C grade, but really wanted a B in Maths to enable her to meet the entry requirements for her preferred A-level subjects. With Robbie`s help, she comfortably achieved the B grade she wanted. We were delighted with her progress over the few weeks that she worked with him and would recommend his services to others looking for private tuition in Mathematics. We found Robbie through Tutorhunt and all initial correspondence with him was through the site. We weren`t sure what to expect, but when Robbie arrived we were pleased to find that he was approachable, polite and had a good sense of humour which put my daughter at ease from the start. Robbie`s teaching style was relaxed and friendly he had a no-nonsense approach to achieving goals, but was patient and realistic in his expectations at the same time. My daughter, who was just sixteen at the time, looked forward to the sessions spent with Robbie as she gained a little more confidence in her abilities each time. Robbie was flexible with the sessions he delivered and made every effort to fit into our busy schedules to ensure that the sessions were regular. Communication was excellent (we spoke via email and text message) and Robbie was happy to discuss the topics covered and give details on progress etc whenever we asked."
