"Ceinwen has been tutoring my son for around 2 months with two sessions a week. From the beginning her communication has been brilliant. She has given feedback on occasions and replies to emails promptly. My son didn`t want to have tutoring and was quite difficult to engage for the first few sessions. However, he now enjoys the sessions with Ceinwen. She plans them well and knows when he needs something different to keep his attention, he is only 6. He comes off the session happy and chatting about the games they`ve played. His confidence with reading and phonics is growing. Ceinwen is patient and encouraging to him. She seems to really understand his needs. I am extremely grateful to Ceinwen for her support.
