Feedback for Sarah"My son got a grade 3 in his GCSE English Language in 2019. He was resitting at college in 2020, but due to COVID he was given a teacher assessed grade - again a grade 3. He applied to sit the exam in November and we engaged Mark at the beginning of September. He worked with my son for two hourly sessions per week over Facetime until the end of October. When the results came out in January we discovered that my son had achieved a grade 6 - 3 grades above his previous results. I couldn`t be happier with the results my son and Mark achieved together.
