How to make a payment?

Lessons are confirmed by entering in your payment details once the tutor has setup a schedule, we only take payment 24 hours after the lesson has taken place. We ask that your payment details are provided at least 24 hours before the first lesson starts so you can secure lessons with your chosen tutor. Your payment card will then be authenticated and stored securely so we can take payments after each lesson. We never take payments in advance.

We email you a confirmation email after each lesson ends, if for any reason the lesson was cancelled, or there was a problem you can notify us by just pressing a button within the email, this is so we know not to take payment from you.
