Sociology is an interesting subject that gets to grips with the social interactions that occur every day and as such students often start to see the world in a different light. Many students of sociology also choose to study psychology, biology, economics and law before entering university to study a wide range of subjects. Sociology is the perfect gateway into professions such as social work, family counselling, public relations, public health, law and advertising. In fact there aren't many jobs that a qualification in sociology won't help and an A-Level in the subject will always look good on a CV.
