Information about Nicole
I teach with a warm, down to earth appoach. No two students ever have the same learning style, so I adapt the way I teach to the manner that best suits your own unique learning needs.
My own journey through learning has taken twists and turns in unexpected directions, instilling in me the belief that we often only stumble across our talents accidentally. I studied Adult Nursing after leaving school, but always felt an itch to study literature and the arts. This took me to a first class honours degree in English Literature from University College Dublin to earn a Masters Degree (in Modernist Literature) from York University. After that, I achieved a Ph.D from Newcastle University.
I suported my university studies by working as a part-time nurse, and transferred from Adult Nursing to Mental Health Nursing in 2003. Since then, I have always "kept a hand in" the health and social care sectors. I keep up to date with changes to public health policies and news from the World Health Organisation and the National Institute for Clinical Excellence.
Availability: Anytime from 8am Monday to Friday.

Experience: I have been a tutor since 2010, and in that time I have taught students at GCSE and A Level in English Literature. My work with university students specialises in dissertation tutoring and essay writing in English Literature, Nursing, and Social Work.
