I am a lecturer, trainer and learning and development specialist. I also coach and mentor business people and students.

I have experience of many commerical industries, as well as teaching in higher/further education and secondary education. I started a business from scratch 16 years` ago and apply business theory to practical applications daily. I love to support and help others to understand business and critically assess and evaluate applied theories.

I also work with a university in France on their MSc in International Business and have exposure to working in an international setting with many cultural challenges.

I have a very warm friendly style and get the best from students and people through providing the right mix of support and challenge.

Availability: Mainly evenings and weekends - some week days.

Experience: A Level and Masters Level tuition. Specialise in HR and Organisational Development. Experience of Public / Private sector industries (banking, insurance, recruitment, television, manufacturing) - 20 years experience in teaching/training and running a business. I have tutored students for the past 3 years on a private basis. All students have exceeded their expectations in respect of grades and depth of knowledge acquired.
