I am a qualified Primary School Teacher, but can also tutor French and Italian up to GCSE, as well as English as an additional language up to any age.

I have a lot of experience teaching primary school children with and without Special Educational Needs.

I have taught languages to adults, particularly English as a Foreign Language/English as a Second Language and have done some tutoring with adults in French.

Availability: All Weekday evenings from 16.00, Saturday or Sunday mornings.

I can also do some sessions during the day, with enough notice as need to arrange childcare.

Willing to travel: 8 miles

Experience: 3 years teaching English as a Foreign Language both abroad and in the UK, including private tutoring and individual lessons in school. Experience with all age groups.
I have been teaching children with special educational needs, particularly those with Autistic Spectrum Conditions since 2008. I am currently on maternity leave from my job, teaching in an ASD Provision attached to a mainstream primary school.

Although the pupils in my class have autism, many of them are also academically very able and, since they vary in age and ability, I have had to become familiar with the curriculum across age groups from Year 1 to Year 4. I also have some knowledge of the curriculum in the higher years and have taught Maths Catch-up classes for mainstream pupils in Year 6 in preparation for SATs.
