I am a bilingual qualified and experienced languages and mathematics teacher. I love my job ! My lessons tend to involve hard work but also plenty of laughter. My satisfaction comes from progression in my students.
I love the sounds of languages and their wonderful grammar - not as surprising as it may sound. More surprisingly, even my students end up enjoying it !
I love the precision of mathematics, yet the numerous ways in which it can be taught, using a variety of methodologies, including kineasthetic approaches.
I tailor my lessons to the individual need and am also happy to work with groups.
Availability: I work Monday-Thursday and alternate Saturdays.
I tutor from my home in a dedicated well resourced teaching room.
All rates are dependent upon level.
48 hrs cancellation notice of any session is required or the session is payable in full.

Experience: I have worked as a teacher of French, German, English and Mathematics in secondary and primary schools. I have worked with foreign language students learning English.
I have experience of working with Dyslexia, dyscalculia, ADD, ADHD and Autism both in a school setting as well as in my home.
I have also worked teaching managers and directors in business settings.

I use a variety of media, dependent upon the subject taught. With special education, I incorporate kinaesthetic approaches.
