Information about Tom
I work with the best interest of the student first. Using upto date and appropriate teaching practice ensure that the student gains the skill, practice and confidence in sitting the relevant qualification. Working in the students home (or online) I ensure that the guardians are fully informed of the students progress and flexible as regards arrangements.
Availability: Available upto 35 hours, working most days after 11 am including weekends.
Willing to travel: 30 miles
Experience: Mature professional secondary tutor Maths Physics - well recommended
over 10 years tutoring experience.
Registered STEM Ambassador.

Tom has been an excellent maths tutor for my granddaughter, she really likes his teaching methods and his patience. We have no hesitation in continuing with Tom for further tutoring for any of our grandchildren.
Tutors Response :
The student is studying for SQA Higher Maths this year, and ideally hoping for an A pass grade. I am quite certain she sill achieve that as she is hard working and studious, and great to work with.

Tom has been a great
help to my son with his national 5 physics. He listens to my son`s needs and explains things in a way that is understandable. Tom is flexible and comes round at a suitable time. We are hoping that Tom will be able to tutor higher physics next year.
