Information about Gregory
I like helping people improve their maths and Spanish skills.
I enjoy maths, it can be a fun subject to learn (yes really!). I find interesting and fun ways to explain how maths works and then get the pupil to work through questions and problems until they know each step very well.
I specialise in teaching maths at A level and first year university level. I also teach GCSE and Key Stage 3 level.
I also tutor science and touch typing to children.
Willing to travel: 30 miles
Experience: I have been teaching either one-to-one, or small groups of students for the last 10 years. While I lived in Spain I would teach English to children and adults, as well as teaching A level and University level maths to Spanish students through the medium of Spanish. I have now tutored Spanish for a number of years and have pupils who have progressed from beginners to do their GCSEs and now be studying the A level course.

Gregory tutored my son for 2 years in maths and physics at A level. He is an outstanding tutor and helped Edward to raise his A levels, allowing him to get into his chosen university to study mechanical engineering. I can highly recommend him.

Greg is doing an excellent job of getting my son up to speed on his A level maths. He adapted quickly to working online as the coronavirus took hold and is always prompt. I am sure that when school restarts this will have made a significant difference

I would have no hesitation in recommending Greg, he instantly put my son at ease and gave him a new found confidence in Maths ready for his mock exams. Unfortunately my son only had two tutoring sessions with Greg as these were cut short due to the GCSE exams not taking place this summer, however we will certainly be asking him to tutor our younger son when the time arises.
