I am a UK qualified teacher with 20 years’ experience both in a classroom setting and in one to one tuition. I tutor students in:
- Maths and English at KS2/KS3 and GCSE level.
- Business, Leisure Travel and Tourism at BTEC, GCSE, A`level and Degree level.
I have taught and now tutor students in: Maths, English, Business Studies, Travel and Tourism. I have taught in: Primary Schools, Secondary Schools and 6th Form Colleges. The exams I have prepared students for include: GCSE, BTECs, A `levels and HNDs . I have been an Examiner for Business A`levels and an OSCAR for BTEC Hospitality.
I have an excellent success rate with students of all ages and abilities. I am especially good at helping students who are currently failing pass their exams. First I establish how a student learns and what their goals are. I then prepare activities based on how they learn most effectively. I support students through the learning process until they are confident and achieve their goals. I am a calm and patient teacher.
Availability: Monday - Tuesday 3pm to 8pm
