I have been a tutor for 15 years and am experienced in teaching primary, secondary as well as adults. My specialist subjects are English Language and Literature, Adult Literacy, ESOL and primary Maths.In addition to this, I also have experience in supporting learners with Special educational needs.

I am very passionate in my subject area and aim to ensure that all my students achieve. I am very particular about spellings, grammar and correct usage of language. I am patient, calm and have the best interests of my learners. I endeavour to ensure my learners excel and aim to make a difference in their lives, not only for now but for the future.

I am also pursuing a Masters in Inclusive Education. I enjoy writing children`s stories and poetry.

Experience: I have 15 years teaching experience in both primary and secondary school. I am currently teaching on one to one basis which includes primary, secondary as well as adult learners. I also offer group tuition (on one to one basis) at a reduced rate at my learning centre.Occasionally l do supply teaching in different secondary schools as well as pupil referral units. Moreover, I proofread assignments and offer guidance in preparation for exams such as SATS,11+ exams and GCSE English for all different exam boards such as AQA,Edxcel,IGCSE etc.
