Ronnie Joseph

I am an optimistic and dependable tutor with 18 years experience in the field of saxophone performance, having graduated with a 1st class BMus (Hons) degree from the Ian Tomlin Academy of Music (Edinburgh Napier University) and Masters of Music in Solo Performance from the Royal Northern College of Music (Manchester). Over the years I have developed my skills as an all-round woodwind specialist and teach clarinet, flute and oboe to an advanced standard.

I have worked as an instructor of music for North Lanarkshire Council, Lamp House Music in Haddington and most recently at the Centre for Musical Arts in Dubai, where he taught from August 2016 - July 2019. Specializing in woodwind instruction I taught children and adults from beginner to advanced levels.

I offer one-to-one tuition within a welcoming and friendly environment to learners of any age or standard, for fun or ABRSM , SQA and GCE examinations. All musical styles covered, with focus towards stylistic appreciation and technical development.
