I am an examiner for A-Level Maths as well as Head of mathematics with over 20 years experience.

As Head of Maths, I have raised the profile of maths as well as standards of maths within my classes and across the school.

I initially decided to provide private tuition on a full time basis to gain some work life balance. This was very successful and 100% of students passed their GCSEs and A-levels. Many of the students have moved on to study math`s further or take up careers having an element of math`s.

All the students I have tutored have found the sessions beneficial and felt their level of confidence and overall achievement have improved vastly. All my tutees receive very clear notes including worked examples, personal study tasks to complete and exam practice questions with constructive feedback on their attempts.

I have returned to full time teaching since Sept 2015, in order to cater for my own children`s needs. Due to recommendations and my passion I continue to offer tuition over the weekends and some evenings to provide students with extra support and guidance on an individual basis.

Availability: I am available to tutor over the weekend and 1 evening at the students place of residence.
