Information about Rachel
A qualified teacher of English, currently teaching English at a Further Education College in Leicester. I hold a Bachelor`s degree in English and a Master`s Degree in English and History. I also hold a PGCE (Teaching Qualification) in English. I have also worked as an examiner for AQA (GCSE English Language.)
I have had significant success as a teacher, raising A level and GCSE grades by two grade boundaries or more. All resources and exam papers provided. Lessons can be booked as and when required.

I was amazed how attentive and nurturing Rachel was during my final year at university. She really helped me to get my first! I couldn’t have achieved this without her support with my written skills. Often going above and beyond to understand my requirements! I’d like to properly say thank you. As without your help I wouldn’t be where I am today. Worth every second!

Rachel has been giving my daughter tuition with her GCSE English. My daughter was resitting her GCSE. She achieved a 6 with Rachel’s help. Which was three grades higher as she had previously achieved only a 3. Rachel is an excellent tutor. Without her help my daughter would not of had this success. My daughter found Rachel easy to get along with. Rachel was always reliable and helpful. I would happily recommend her to other people. Rachel tutors in her home which is quiet and had the resources that are need. It’s is also easy to get to. I could not fault Rachel at all. Thank you for all you help Rachel.

Rachel is an absolutely fantastic tutor. She helped me to improve my exam technique and to achieve the A-Level grade in English that I needed to get into university. She is an experienced, committed tutor with an amazing level of enthusiasm for English. She is reliable, friendly and has been a huge help to me.
