Information about Richard
I`m an experienced (16 years) science teacher who is currently working as deputy head of science in a secondary school in Barnet. I am up to date with the new AQA and edexcel GCSE specifications. I have experience working with all types of students at all levels, and have a wide range of resources to meet their needs and help make science concepts easier to understand. I am confident in all aspects of tutoring from helping with homework to re-teaching difficult concepts.
Availability: Available week nights (monday, wednesday and fridays).
Willing to travel: 10 miles
Experience: I`m new to tutoring, but not to teaching. I`m been a science teacher for over 16 years and have taught a wide range of abilities, from very able students in triple science (biology, chemistry and physics) who need pushing to achieve their potential, to students struggling with GCSEs or A-levels.

Richard is a very dedicated teacher, he is already a science teacher at high school, so he has an impressive depth of knowledge about science subjects and also he trains for techniques to perform better at exams. my son feels pretty confident that he`s getting A* or even ** at triple science at GCSE exams.

Calm, gentle manner - really good with my 15 year old. Explains concepts clearly and concisely. We are very happy with him.
