I am Head of Biology in a London College of Further Education.
I have 25 years experience teaching GCSE, BTEC first and national diplomas, A Levels and Degree level. I also teach Psychology to A level.
My tuition sessions are very much tailored to the individual needs of each student and always include help with revision and exam technique. My experience both as a lecturer and as an examiner has shown again and again that good exam technique and an understanding of how mark schemes are constructed can significantly raise candidates` performance by several grades.
I also have a long record of successful guidance with coursework and exam preparation.
My position at college has always entailed detailed guidance in completing UCAS applications, researching Higher Education Courses, writing excellent personal statements and preparation for interviews and BMAT and UKCAT assessments for Medicine - I can offer many years` worth of experience in all aspects of University and Medical School applications.
