So often, maths becomes easier and more enjoyable,when someone patiently helps you to understand. I have been teaching and tutoring mathematics to children and young people (aged 4-18 KS1-5) and adults for over sixteen years and have helped many to improve their understanding and skills thus obtaining grades that were needed to confidently access the next stage of their education; this has included many students with additional challenges regarding learning (eg dyslexia, Asperger`s syndrome, hearing loss); I teach according to the needs of each individual student. I have also tutored adults who need to improve their skills in order to re-enter education or change career. Mathematics should be both accessible and enjoyable, at all levels and as a tutor this is what I aim for.

Availability: I teach in person and online, Monday - Friday.; this includes evenings.

Experience: 18 years teaching and tutoring mathematics up to A level.

11 years I have been a full time one-to-one tutor with most of my work coming from recommendations rather than advertising.

1.5 years online tutoring.
