Information about Paul
I currently work as the Head of Maths for an FE College teaching GCSE Maths and Level 2 Numeracy whilst overseeing the Level 1 and entry level 1 numeracy teaching cross the college by the remainder of my team. I have received a 2:1 in my honours degree in Maths, Economics and Education. I have been working as a full time teacher for 3 years and previous to this I worked part time teaching Maths and personal effectiveness.
I enjoy tutoring because it gives the opportunity to really individualise the subject to the learner and enable student`s to realise that they can achieve in maths through hard work, persistence and a little direction.
Availability: During lockdown - all hours apart from Tuesday and Thursday morning and Wednesday afternoon.
Willing to travel: 12 miles
Experience: I worked as a store manager with several large American retailers and a restaurant group before deciding to qualify to teach Maths.
