I come from a very strong science background. I am educated to a PgDip in forensic science and working my way towards a MSC in forensics. I have worked as a science technician for seven years, part of which was at Cancer Research UK and the rest at an educational establishment.
I started giving private tuitions in 2005 when I gave up work to have my first child and have been teaching ever since.
I teach Biology, chemistry, Biological sciences, Health studies, Urdu and Henna art. The levels range from GCSE to degree level. I also offer a translating service for Urdu to English and vice versa.

Please note that I charge a travel fee depending on the distance needed to travel to the tutee.

Availability: Mon-fri Day 10am-2pm Eve 7pm-9pm

Experience: I have previously taught primary and secondary school children in preparation for their entrant and GCSE exams as well as lab report writing. I have also taught university students doing biological science in dissertations and report writing for experimental procedures. I have also assisted adults doing further education and those who have an interest in the field of science and forensics.
I have assisted adults who do not have English as their first language in reading and writing in preparation for the citizenship test.
I teach using the internet (MSN and Skype) and face to face at the individuals house or library. I have taught using books, diagrams, websites, setting small test questions and combine using examples of everyday life. I also use reference materials, articles, images and documentaries which help aid the understanding of the topics my tutee are studying.
