I`m a 40 year old fully qualified UK teacher who has been teaching within the UK education system since 2005.
I teach Geography at KS3, KS4 & KS5 with excellent exam success and also MFL (modern foreign languages - French & Spanish) to young children (ages 0-11 years).
I am available to help with homework, examinations & coursework projects and can teach to any exam board specification.
I am extremely approachable, friendly and patient and have experience working with special needs pupils.

Availability: I’m currently specialising in the Edexcel B geography GCSE & Cambridge IGCSE and have slots available (online or in person).
I no longer have any availability for A Level tuition only GCSE for the above exam boards.

Mel tutored my daughter for GCSE Geography, she was very professional and as an engaging teaching style. Gave exam advice as well as covering the topics needed. She passed with a grade A. I would recommend Mel to any student who need extra help with geography.

My daughter is studying AS level Geography and she finds Melanie`s lessons extremely helpful - they have really helped with her confidence. Melanie is very knowledge, thorough, organized, and has lots of very useful resources. She is also very on point with the exam syllabus, and has a good understanding of my daughter`s knowledge and how she works, and tutors accordingly. Finally, my daughter finds Melanie friendly and enjoys the lessons.
