Teacher of Chemistry for 20 years with 5 years as Head of Chemistry,but now left teaching to bring up my children
I have tutored Chemistry for over 30 years
I specialise in AQA A level Chemistry but I am happy to tutor other exam boards and I have close links with a local high school to ensure I keep up to date with all changes to the syllabus.
I will also tutor AQA GCSE Trilogy or Triple Science.

Availability: Daytime,evenings and weekends at my home
Please note I always tutor at my own home and do not travel due to the number of resources I have.

My daughter has been extremely pleased with Jan and look forward to her lessons with her. Jan is teaching her A levels chemistry. Jan is very good as a person, very knowledgeable in her subject, very organized and very sincere teacher. My daughter was struggling in chemistry until started tuition with Jan. I can see my daughter is getting very comfortable every day in chemistry and hoping to achieve really good grades. I am so thankful to Jan for making chemistry easy to understand for my daughter and helping her to achieve her grades she is aiming for.
