Native Russian speaker with 25+ years of experience teaching Russian.

I have been very successful in helping students of all age groups towards their goals. All my GSCE and A level students have achieved A** (grade 9) to A*.

My courses range from primary school ability: getting to grips with the Cyrillic alphabet and early stages of reading and writing, to older students who are approaching GCSEs or A-Levels or even degree level, I helped a student at Cambridge achieve a First in her Russian degree.

For mature learners, I offer tuition at all levels, from beginner to advanced ability. I have worked with professionals who require the Russian language for business and tourist purposes, including at the prestigious law firm Clifford Chance. I also worked with the Mayor of London in Russian Cultural Awareness training.

Experience: I have more than 25 years experience teaching the Russian language, previously teaching Russian as a native language at secondary schools in Latvia.

Over the last 15 years, I have also taught Russian at two British secondary schools as well as being a freelance tutor in my spare time.

I have also worked with international banks and law firms to improve their communication and understanding with clients.
