Maria

I`m an experienced teacher and tutor, with a passion for passing on my love of learning. I`ve worked with students of all abilities and ages. I enjoy engaging children in learning through creativity and discussion and have a flexible approach.

I aim to enable children to take ownership of their learning, and work to create personalised learning plans and achievable targets, so pupils can take pride in the progress they are making.

Alongside my love of teaching, I also am passionate about creative writing.

Availability: Day times and week day evenings

Experience: I qualified as a teacher eight years ago and have broad and varied experience of working with children and adults. I have worked in mainstream, private and special schools. I also prepare children for 10+ and 11+ exams.
