Information about Mara

I graduated from the University of Cambridge with a high 2.i in Theology and Religious Studies and the Sheikh Zayed Prize for Islamic Philosophy (2005). I have been working as a private tutor, particularly to those who have found mainstream education challenging, since 1998. Former students have gone on to KCL, Cambridge, UCL, Oxford and other Russell Group universities. My greatest priority is to ensure that, through confidence-building and creating tailormade lessons to appeal to students` interests and imaginations, they receive a fully-rounded and enjoyable experience that will stay with them for life. I am endlessly patient, and work hard to build a bond of mutual trust, respect and cooperation in a low-stress environment.
