I am a very approachable, professional warm person. I have the ability to build a rapport quickly with students and enjoy seeing a child`s learning bloom to their full potential. I use humour to keep the learning a fun activity.I can support children up to the age of 12 years with Maths and English and help with SATs for Year 2 and Year 6.
Availability: evenings and weekends. I am willing to travel up to 3 miles or will tutor from home at a reduced rate .

Our daughter is shy and was reluctant to do maths tutoring but Helen has been able to bring her out of her shell by bringing an element of fun to her learning. We are encouraged to see that her confidence in maths is growing.

Ms Helen is absolutely brilliant! She is great with my children and they have fun whilst learning with her. They always look forward to their next session. Ms Helen is very patient and takes the time out to learn about each child`s individual needs. At the end of the sessions she also makes suggestions as to what the parents/gaurdian can do additionally with the child to help improve. I would 100% recommend.
