Kerry

Hello, my name is Kerry and I am currently in my 14th year of teaching in secondary schools. I have been tutoring Mathematics for slightly longer than this, around 15 years.

I have taught Mathematics from ages 11-18, with a vast range of experience in teaching all abilities in GCSE Mathematics, and KS2/3. I am the Head of Department for Mathematics in my current school, and am currently also supporting on the senior leadership team as Assistant Principal.

During the summer months I work for Edexcel exam board as an associate examiner, this gives me an excellent understanding of how to prepare students for their external examinations.

During my time teaching I have had very successful exam groups, with all students managing to gain or better their target grades, something I am very proud of. My A Level classes have previously performed in the top 5% of the country.

I am a friendly, interactive teacher who has a great rapport with students of all ages and abilities.
