Hello! I am an experienced primary teacher, having taught across all age ranges over the course of my 14 year career. I have a first class modern languages degree from the University of Cambridge, and a PGCE with a French specialism from the Institute of Education. I am passionate about finding the right ways to help learners achieve their goals, and am happy to be flexible in my approach. I love to get to know each student, so I can tailor lessons to make them as engaging as possible. Alongside teaching, I also work as a translator, which allows me to indulge my passion for words and languages!

I teach French, German and English up to A level, and maths to KS3. I have extensive experience preparing students for AQA, Edexcel, WJEC and OCR exams, as well as 11+ and 13+ entrance assessments. I also support pupils across the primary phase, including SATs preparation, and offer creative-writing tuition for both children and adults.

I pride myself on the results achieved by my students. I feel confidence is a key element to success and believe 1:1 tutoring can not only help with deepening understanding of a subject, but also with giving students the confidence they need to achieve their potential.
