I am a well qualified and experienced English teacher. I have taught students of all ages and all levels of ability to achieve a variety of qualifications and improve results. I am currently working full- time as Lecturer in GCSE English at Leeds College of Building, but have evening slots available for private tuition.
I am happy to take on new students whose first language is not English, and wish to improve their English Language for business or academic purposes.
I am also happy to tutor students to help them with their preparation for their GCSE or A levels in English Literature or Language. I have a relaxed friendly teaching manner, and am able to adapt my teaching style to the needs of the individual student.
I also have experience of working with learners that are recognised as having learning difficulties (asbergers & autism).

Availability: Evenings after 6pm
Some weekends

Willing to travel: 5 miles

Experience: 10 years teaching English as a foreign language.

10 years teaching English language at FE College.

5 years teaching at secondary level.
