I am a fully qualified school teacher with extensive experience up to and including A levels, both in the UK and in Italy. In the UK I have held the post of Head of Biology and in Italy, where I taught at an international school to a UK-based curriculum, I was the only teacher of general science and biology. I have been very successful at enabling my students to realise their potential, an example being that a previously underachieving group of pupils who came to me for A level Biology attained the best class results overall in the London borough where my school was based.

I also have extensive experience as an environmental consultant, both in the UK and in Malaysia.

Availability: Weekdays and weekends: Day and evening

Experience: 8 years of school teaching experience in the UK (6 years) and Italy (2 years) in Science, Physics, Chemistry and Biology up to GCSE level and Biology up to A Level.

I also have post-graduate experience of successful student mentoring, lecturing and supervising at both the MSc and doctorate levels in the field of environmental science.

I have been working as an academic tutor on a self-employed basis since September 2012, providing maths and science tutoring to numerous secondary school students.
