I am currently doing a postdoctoral fellowship at SAS, University of London and I finished my PhD in History at the University of Leicester in 2016. I also hold an MA in History from the University of Warwick and a BA in History from the University of Leicester. My main strengths are in British and American history from 1400 to 1991, however I am versatile and able to teach other topics outside these thematic areas.

I am a friendly, enthusiastic and patient person that is able to encourage and teach in a passionate and worthwhile manner. I have a wide-ranging experience of teaching and mentoring from a young age (see below). I am happy to tutor students online or visit them for tuition.

Experience: I am currently a tutor at the University of Leicester and Loughborough University. I have also taught students in several other capacities as a secondary school teacher and personal tutor (from year 7 to University level). I have also done outreach work at secondary schools, voluntary work at primary and secondary schools (three schools in total) and mentored students one-on-one and in groups.
