I have over thirty years experience as a teacher in the primary and secondary sector. I am passionate about helping my students achieve their goals, and have had great success in this regard. I have tutored all age groups, as well as teaching English as a foreign language. I am currently spending some time as a part-time student with the Open University studying towards a Masters Degree in Applied Linguistics.

I don’t have a car so prefer to work from home. Working in this way enables me to be flexible as I have books and resources to hand.

Gillian is a very good teacher. My daughter is progressing nicely and does not dislike going to her extra Maths tuition. My daughter is also making good progress within school that can only be attributed to the extra tuition that Gillian is providing. Thank you.

Gill is an excellent tutor who is patient and encouraging and has really helped my son to grow both in confidence and ability to face his GCSE English retake.
