Hello, I am James. I have over 14 years commercial experience in art and design including using 3ds Max. I have produced 3d visualisations a wide range of companies, appeared in two Channel 4 film festivals, had an article about myself in 3d World Magazine and provided a 3d mesh to NASA.

Recently, I was an artist in resident at EchoFab FabLab in Montreal. There I mastered 3d printers, lasercutters and other maker tools. I now teach these skills as one to one or workshops.

My teaching is about learning by doing and getting you to achieve your creative goals. I can design custom lessons suited to your needs. See below for examples-

- 3ds Max or Blender for Maker spaces (3d graphics for 3d printing, lasercutting an general maker technologies.

- Expressive drawing, how to loosen your traditional drawing up and improve dramatically.

- 3ds Max or Blender for animation/games.

- Substance Designer/Painter

- English for Art and Design. Learn English while learning/making art and design.

I also offer online Skype English lessons with any of the above.
