I offer tuition in piano and music theory at all levels, accommodating most styles and genres. I am able to offer tuition at my home, or able to travel within South/West Yorkshire. I believe that learning any instrument should be a voyage of discovery; not only the discovery of the instrument, but a discovery about yourself. My approach to teaching is fundamentally based on that maxim. Lessons are individually tailored to the student and their ability, encouraging musical exploration, freedom and expression, but also promoting hard-work! I encourage everyone to have fun whilst learning an instrument, and also to enjoy the unique and memorable moments that playing an instrument creates. I also offer my services as an accompanist, of which I have had much experience in conservatoire examinations and as a duo pianist performing around the country. Prices depend upon level of ability.
