I am a passionate, enthusiastic and experienced Art and Textile Teacher, having taught for eight years in both Grammar and Comprehensive schools in England. I love to creative space, through encouragement and teaching skills for students to find their own creativity and style.

I have a 1st Class BA Hons degree in Textile Art and Design. I am also able to advise on portfolio preparation for art school applications and support students with Dyslexia.

I am a polite, friendly and professional teacher who thoroughly enjoys working with young people.

I am able to create and deliver workshops in the area of Art or Textile design. This can be either learning a new skill or starting a project through drawing or photography and then continuing through to a final outcome.

Availability: 9am - 7pm weekdays

Experience: 8 years teaching secondary school students Art and Textile Technology. 5 years at a grammar school for girls (excellent results) 2 years at an inner city comprehensive school for boys and 1 year at an inner city mixed comprehensive school.

Working with 6 - 11 year olds in primary schools creating art projects.
