Regularly playing as flautist in a band, usually twice a week. Before that (long before), I enjoyed avoiding science classes at school by running a quarter mile to music room and classes. The teacher allowed me to progress from classical to contemporary. It really kept my interest playing music of different periods. Now with church we add recent trends to Celtic and Traditional. Music certainly impacted me for good!
