I graduated from the University of Liverpool with a 1st class MChem in Medicinal Chemistry with Pharmacology. I have been teaching A-Level and GCSE Chemistry for over 7 years.

Experience: I currently teach Science at KS3 and Chemistry at KS4 and A-Level at a well-respected, Surrey boarding school where I am Head of Chemistry. I am a very experienced tutor with all previous students achieving an A or A* grade at GCSE/A-level. I currently run holiday revision sessions for [contact detail removed] and specialise in improving exam technique for students who suffer with exam nerves and those who "don`t quite seem to know what the question is asking".

A tutor par excellence! Gemma has helped my daughter within a short phase to gain confidence and a good grounding in Chemistry. Gemma is an excellent tutor! She is very professional, explains the material in a clear manner and provides tricks to remember the harder topics. Gemma makes difficult topics become easy. She puts an emphasis on practice questions and past papers. I will whole-heartedly recommend her to everyone!
