I am a native Spanish speaker and a fully qualified secondary school teacher in the UK.
I can teach Spanish from KS2 to University level.

Hour rate:

Availability: Days and afternoons Monday to Friday and Saturday mornings

Experience: I am a qualified teacher with experience teaching in several secondary schools in London. I have also been helping GCSE and A Level students to prepare for their Spanish exams through private tuition for several years. As a result, I am particularly familiar with the exam specifications of Edexcel and AQA Examination Boards.
At present, as well as working as a private tutor I teach GCSE/ A Level Spanish at an independent school, and I work as a Part-time Bilingual Support Worker with Surrey County Council supporting pupils with Spanish as a first language in Primary and Secondary schools.

Languages are often perceived as a difficult and boring subject to learn, for this reason I am particular interested in teaching grammar communicatively using authentic resources whenever possible. Also, for one to one tutoring I try to learn as much as possible about the needs of the student so I can tailor the lessons accordingly.
