I am currently a Doctor working for the NHS. I graduated from Imperial College London Medical School and graduated also in Management BSc (Hons) from Imperial College Business School in 2011.

Being successful in my own GCSE, A-level and University education, I have found that students really do benefit from my recent and up-to-date knowledge of the education process, having literally been in their position only a few years back. Studying both Business and Medicine at university level has enabled me to pass on hints, tips, and preparation techniques covering both the exams for the related A-level and GCSE subjects, as well as the university application process including personal statements, interviews and BMAT tests, which students have often found highly beneficial.

Tutoring Approach: Enthusiastic, friendly and will always work hard to facilitate students in meeting and hopefully even beating the initial objectives set whenever possible. I always enjoy dicussing lesson plans and progress (outside the actual teaching hours) with either the student or parent if they wish as I`ve found this to help ensure that the tuition process is working well for the student. Lessons are always tailored to each individual student`s requests, requirements, objectives and learning styles as I have found that this often leads to a more engaging learning experience in which tutees derive the most benefit.

Experience: Understanding how important getting a good education with good grades can be for both students and parents alike, I always seek to provide as much teaching support as possible over and above the standard teaching session whether this be through hand-outs, notes, past papers or advice on personal statements, interview techniques and college/university applications.

I have extensive experience as a student mentor as well as a primary school teacher`s assistant for children aged 8+. Having been fortunate enough to have had tuition myself during my secondary and sixth form education, I have certainly found myself adopting selected teaching strategies from tutors who I have previously worked with.
