Having been a Scout Leader for over 6 years, I can work with and relate to a variety of both children and adults. I find it easy to engage and make learning fun to keep interest in the subject and make learning easier.

I feel most helpful when tutoring children with learning difficulties or behavioural problems. This is mainly due to the work I am involved in through the Scouting Association and being diagnosed with dyslexia myself. I hope that my ability to get through my education with top grades with my struggles has made me a better tutor to all. I have had to work hard to get where I am and would like to pass on the ways I managed to learn to others.

Having got 2 A `s, 5 A`s and 6 B`s in GCSE, continuing my studies through A-level, Open University modules and completing my degree, teacher training and successful tutoring thus far, I have developed the way I learn and hope to pass that on to any students that require help.

I have been tutoring for 9 years now. I have taught English to Spanish children, been a teaching assistant in a challenging London school and am now teaching Maths in an Outstanding Hertfordshire School.

I will always have an initial `trial` session at the start to ensure that you as a parent/student are happy with my style of teaching and that you are confident I will be able to help.
