Information about Elena

Originally from Tbilisi, Georgia I am a naturalised British citizen and have been teaching and tutoring for over 20 years. Russian is my native language but I speak five languages in total: English (near native), French (fluent), Spanish (fluent) and Georgian (conversational). I also spent six months living and working in France. In 2018 I secured my current teaching post at a leading independent school. I am currently studying for a graduate diploma in Spanish at the University of Dundee (expected completion 2022).

Availability: I am available most evenings and weekends and also during the school holidays, I am flexible about availability and can meet most students` requirements.

Willing to travel: 10 miles

Experience: The international nature of my training and education has brought me into contact with people from all over the world. I have taught languages to students from Europe, South Asia, Africa and the Middle East.

I would highly recommend Elena as a tutor. She is very easy to follow and plans her lessons really well. I feel that I am developing a good understanding of the french language because she is so good at her job.
